I first heard SMBB on the celtic connections radio show 2008, when I was listening out for my guitar teacher Lee Haggarty, who was playing with the band. I listened, captivated, to every track you played on that show, then immediately went online to listen to whatever SMBB material i could get my hands on! Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I am a big fan of your work and hope to see you in concert soon. Thanks for everything you've recorded so far, and keep it coming! :)

Hey guys, what a gig at the venue, dumfries a few sunday's ago, i am quite suprised i can remember much about it but i know i enjoyed it. Album is brilliant ( track 5 is good ). Hope to see you's again soon. Cheers John G....... PS Is Doug still going to teach me guitar???

what a fantastic night at lochside theatre on friday! sensational mary barclay band cd 'let it fly tonight', is one of my favourite albums! want to hear more and more of your own songs. Especially liked the new song 'jamie wright'. found myself wanting to hear more and more. Great stuff! x

Well what can i say. It was the first time i heard you on friday and were you good or what. You rocked kirkbean. It was really good. I must have lost quite a bit of weight dancing all night. Lol.
